Get to Know Our Team

We believe strongly in collaboration. Our veterinarians work together as well as with referral specialists on certain cases. We feel that your pet is an important part of your family. Our doctors and staff are dedicated to giving careful attention and compassion to our patients and clients.

Preparation For Your Visit

  • Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment so that we can weigh your pet and update our records.
  • When entering the hospital, for your pet’s safety, please have your dog on a leash and your cat in a carrier.
  • Please bring a list of questions as we want to make sure we address all your concerns.
  • If you are a new client, please supply us with past records and vaccine history prior to your appointment.
Payment Options

Payment in full is expected when your appointment is finished. Other payment arrangements must be approved prior to your visit.

Estimates are available for all services. For major surgery, a down payment may be required. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards.

Charles DeVinne, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. DeVinne's Bio
Dr. DeVinne began his career in veterinary medicine as a technician at a veterinary emergency clinic in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for a year prior to attending the New York College of Veterinary medicine at Cornell University. His professional interests include internal medicine, surgery, and wellness strategies. He is experienced with athletic, especially field sporting dogs.

Dr. DeVinne came to Peterborough in 1983 and opened the Animal Care Clinic in 1989. He resides in Peterborough with his wife and 2 dogs while his 2 children are following their professional careers. In addition to his professional life, Dr. DeVinne enjoys spending time outdoors in the woods and on the water.

Lori Baldwin, VMD

Dr. Baldwin's Bio
Dr. Lori Baldwin is a 1997 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Baldwin excels in general medicine, surgery, and preventative healthcare for dogs, cats, and small mammals. In addition to being actively involved in animal care within the clinic, Dr. Baldwin has worked with Greyhound rescues as well as police, protection, and other service dogs. She has served as a trail veterinarian for the Iditarod Sled race in remote Alaska for several years. In her spare time, she spends time with he husband, dog, and two cats. She enjoys hiking, biking, and reading.

Kristina Hewitt, BVMS

Dr. Hewitt's Bio

Dr. Hewitt grew up in Florida and attended Florida Southern College where she received a Bachelors of Science in Biology. She attended North Carolina State University in pursuit of a Masters of Science in Animal Science with a special focus on Animal Nutrition. She then went on to graduate with Commendations from The University of Glasgow School of Veterinary Medicine in 2016. She completed a Small Animal Medicine and Surgery Rotating Internship at Pieper Memorial Emergency and Specialty Hospital in Middletown, Connecticut from 2016-2017. Upon finishing her internship Dr. Hewitt worked in Keene until moving to Animal Care Clinic in September. Dr. Hewitt has a special interest in cardiology, orthopedics, and feline endocrine disorders. In her off time she enjoys spending time with her husband, her son, her cat Skye, dogs Henry and Melman, and her horse Tam.

Olivia

Olivia Lattanzi, DVM

Dr. Olivia Lattanzi is originally from Milton, Massachusetts, and has been an animal lover ever since she can remember. She received her undergraduate degree from Colby College and worked as a small animal veterinary technician for several years before pursuing her veterinarian education. Olivia attended Iowa State University Veterinary School of Medicine and now lives on a farm with her husband, Mike in Hillsboro, NH. When not in the office, Olivia can be found horseback riding, hiking, or exploring the great outdoors with her fur kids. Olivia and Mike share their home with 4 dogs: Winnie, Winston, Ebenezer, and Eloise; 2 cats: Hopper and Mowgli; 5 horses: Lucy, Fancy, Bravehart, Charles Wallace, and Traveler. Believe it or not, there’s always room for one more animal at Sleepy Bear Farm!

Sandy has been with the Animal Care Clinic for over 30 years. She joined the practice in 1991 a few years after Dr. DeVinne had opened the clinic. Sandy enjoys assisting all clients with their needs and concerns as well as being able to assist in any area of the clinic. She was born and raised in the Peterborough area and has raised her 2 children here as well. Outside of her work life, Sandy enjoys spending time with her family and pets, candlepin bowling, and landscaping.

Kimri returned to her career as a Veterinary Technician in 2012 at the Animal Care Clinic after taking time off to raise her 2 daughters in Scotland. She has greatly enjoyed reconnecting with our clients and their pets. In her spare time, Kimri enjoys visiting with her husband, children, family and friends, enjoying the outdoors and working in Real Estate.

Jessica has been part of the Animal Care Clinic family for over 20 years. Jessica enjoys meeting new clients and maintaining great relationships with existing clients and their pets. Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and Australian Shepherds and relaxing at the Lake.

Bridget Grady

Bridget's Bio
Bridget graduated from ConVal High School in 2017 and started working as a Veterinary Assistant immediately after graduation. Her passion for working with animals has kept her in the field. As a new addition to our team, her goal is to gain as much experience and knowledge to assist with her becoming an LVT.

Brit's Bio
Brit Andresen is a chemical engineer with an accomplished environmental health and safety regulatory background. She has a passion for animals and desires to combine that passion with her working knowledge of the regulations creating a safe and healthy working environment for employees and the public. She has a strong sense of family values, and how to apply those in her everyday living and working life.

Brit’s believes there are no bad dogs, only dogs waiting to be given directions from a loving owner. Accordingly, she owns three Belgian Malinois and one German Shepherd. Each with a person worthy of recognition.

Brit grew up with horses, cats, dogs, and the menageries of wildlife in the Colorado Rockies, she looks forward to interacting to each and every one of you, in your animals best interest.

Kelcy grew up in NH with a passion to work with animals for as long as she can remember. Kelcy was a member of her local 4-H in Merrimack, NH, and aided with children’s summer program working with the horses. In 2013, Kelcy started her career in veterinary medicine as a kennel attendant. She then started branching into tech assistance work, watching surgical procedures, and learning reception skills. She also worked in dog daycares learning more about dogs and their behaviors. Kelcy started at the Animal Care Clinic in December 2021 as the CSR Supervisor. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, her dog Tyrion and bearded dragon rex.
