• Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment so that we can weigh your pet and update our records.
• When entering the hospital, for your pet’s safety, please have your dog on a leash and your cat in a carrier.
• Please bring a list of questions as we want to make sure we address all your concerns.
• If you are a new client, please supply us with past records and vaccine history prior to your appointment.
